What You'll Be Doing:

End-to-end coordination of in-person events Liaising with venues, suppliers, clients and on-site teams Preparing schedules, run sheets and logistics plans Supporting creative concept development and execution On-site event setup, supervision, and pack down Managing budgets, timelines and reporting

Excellent organisation and multitasking skills Comfortable managing multiple projects at once Confident communicator who works well under pressure Immediate availability highly preferred Positive, proactive attitude and team player mentality
