Job Description

The position of Events Officer is an exciting role and an integral part of the Admissions team. As a dynamic and fast-paced team, the Events and Visitor Experience team within Admissions is tasked with planning and operational delivery of a suite of events, both in-person and online, including flagship events for prospective students and stakeholders.


The role has a particular focus on planning, delivering, measuring and reporting on the impact of regular and annual events, to support student recruitment objectives for both UK and international markets. Management of the University's student ambassador programme is an exciting part of the role.


A focus on exceptional customer service along with excellent verbal and written communication, are key, alongside the ability to show leadership and foster a collaborative culture.
