We are looking for an Exams Manager to oversee the Exams arrangements at the College.
Our Exams team are integral to successful outcomes for our students and a vital cross-college service.
Exams are key events in the student journey. Are you well organised, able to work to clear guidelines and experienced working with young people? Can you be an asset in the team that provide an environment that encourages students to achieve their very best
Interviews for this role will be taking place week commencing 26 January 2026.
Your duties
You will:

• Coordinate all communications with the Awarding Organisations
• Maintain records of student achievements
• Oversee the arrangements for all examinations
• Manage the examinations budget in conjunction with the Executive Director of Customer Service
• Oversee compliance and security

Person specification
The successful candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, abilities and qualities will include:

• Minimum of grade C in GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent)
• Experience of working in an Examination environment
• Experience of working with Awarding Organisations
• Excellent attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
