A hyper-personal support role working directly with the founder of a boutique insurance consultancy specialising in international healthcare services for high-net-worth individuals. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, discretion, and the ability to provide concierge-level service to both the founder and the firm's exclusive clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct support to the founder in managing client relationships and communications
Handle sensitive client information with absolute confidentiality and discretion
Coordinate complex scheduling and logistics for high-profile client meetings
Assist with preparation of bespoke insurance proposals and presentations
Manage correspondence with international healthcare providers and insurance partners
Support client onboarding and relationship management processes
Anticipate needs and proactively resolve potential issues before they arise

Comfortable working with high-net-worth individuals without being intimidated

Desirable Experience
Previous experience in a personal assistant or executive assistant role
Background in luxury services, private client services, or concierge roles

Experience working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth individuals
Familiarity with international business protocols and cultural sensitivities
Working Arrangements
Part-time position with flexible hours
Hybrid working model with some in-person London meetings required
Occasional availability for urgent matters outside standard hours
Competitive compensation reflective of the high-calibre support required, salary based on FTE. 15-21ph DOE
