Who is Masterclassing?
Based in Bristol, we are a fast-growing global events business that hosts over 200 digital marketing, HR, IT and Sustainability events. Our events bring together experts from marketing, HR, IT and sustainability providers with brand leaders through a series of highly regarded, time-efficient sessions. The events include in-person half-day events, exclusive dinners, and 45 minute online workshops. Masterclassing events take place in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, APAC and North America.
Background of the role
Masterclassing has seen rapid growth over the last few years and, with the large number of in-person and virtual events we now run globally, there is a need for someone to take ownership of the delegate acquisition strategy, ensuring we meet the targeted delegate numbers for all events.
What will you do?
Join our team of UK-based event professionals.
Identify delegate leads and extend reach through targeted research.
Communicate with potential delegates by email, LinkedIn and phone calls to invite them to specific events.
Work closely with the sales team to understand sponsors' areas of expertise, and sponsor expectations for each event.
Do targeted outreach based on sponsors' wish lists.
Work collaboratively with the email marketing team to analyse engagement levels and adapt email strategy accordingly.
Use data from previous events to target specific delegates with personal outreach if necessary.
Maintain the CRM database with up-to-date delegate information.
Research events in the Marketing, HR and IT industries to ensure we are in touch with all relevant brands/contacts.
Utilise excellent written and verbal communication skills with colleagues and clients.

Pay: 27,000.00-29,000.00 per year
