Duties

Prepare and cook high-quality meals helping with menu development. Oversee food preparation processes to ensure consistency and quality. Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Develop new recipes and menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients and trends. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and place orders as necessary. Ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained in good working condition.

Ability to work Wednesdays- Sundays Driving essential due to rural location
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
