We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Deputy Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the management of our operations, ensuring that care plans are effectively implemented, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. The Deputy Manager will assist in overseeing daily activities and will be instrumental in fostering a positive environment for both staff and children.

Responsibilities



Assist in the development and implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs. Support the Manager in daily operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Communicate effectively with staff, children, and parents to foster a collaborative environment. Drive initiatives that enhance the quality of care and educational experiences for children. Supervise staff performance, providing guidance and support as needed. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to children's progress and care plans. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children within the facility. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements



Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting is essential. Strong understanding of care plans and their implementation. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to drive projects forward with enthusiasm and commitment. IT proficiency for documentation and communication purposes. A compassionate approach towards childcare, demonstrating patience and understanding. Relevant qualifications or certifications in childcare or management would be advantageous.

Requirements



Minimum of 2 years experience working at a senior level within Childrens Residential . Hold Level 3 and enrolled and working towards level 5 Health and Social Care Strong understanding of care plans and their implementation. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to drive projects forward with enthusiasm and commitment. IT proficiency for documentation and communication purposes. A compassionate approach towards childcare, demonstrating patience and understanding. Relevant qualifications or certifications in childcare or management would be advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 33,000.00-40,000.00 per year
