Requirements
Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting is essential.
Strong understanding of care plans and their implementation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to drive projects forward with enthusiasm and commitment.
IT proficiency for documentation and communication purposes.
A compassionate approach towards childcare, demonstrating patience and understanding.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in childcare or management would be advantageous.

Minimum of 2 years experience working at a senior level within Childrens Residential .
Hold Level 3 and enrolled and working towards level 5 Health and Social Care

IT proficiency for documentation and communication purposes.
A compassionate approach towards childcare, demonstrating patience and understanding.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in childcare or management would be advantageous.
