Here at Stanwell Road Surgery, we are looking to recruit an experienced
Part-Time Receptionist / Administrator
to join our practice team.
Leading the patient experience for the surgery, is a key position which requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, effective task management and a positively focused approach.
This is a busy role which requires a calm, measured approach, an empathy for our clients and patients and the ability to re-prioritise throughout the day depending on the needs of the service.
We are a welcoming, supportive and hardworking team. We can offer the successful candidate a lovely working environment with free onsite parking and the option to join the NHS pension scheme.
The ideal candidate
must have
previous experience working within the NHS, General Practice, EMIS (or TPP SystmOne) and Docman.
Any potential candidate must be organised, self-motivated, forward thinking and have excellent organisational, IT and customer service skills.
