Circa Residential Property Ltd is a long-standing, independent estate agency with a single branch and a strong focus on property management. We currently manage around 200 properties and pride ourselves on offering a personal, hands on service. We're a small team of three, very experienced, and all rounders by nature--we pitch in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly. We're looking for an
experienced Lettings Negotiator
who can also take on
administrative tasks
to support the wider team. The ideal candidate will be confident dealing with landlords, tenants, and contractors, and comfortable with everything from viewings and paperwork to phone calls and follow-ups.
Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Conduct viewings of properties, highlighting key features and benefits.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends.
Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to sales and lettings.
Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery.
Requirements
Previous experience in lettings
(essential)
Strong admin and organisational skills
Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
Good knowledge of local areas is a bonus
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
A proactive, can-do attitude
Full UK driving licence and own car required
