Serious Injury Solicitor - Wigan
Managing high value complex injury claims. Managing both Fast-track & Multi-track caseload. Salary negotiable
The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced Director and senior colleagues on large loss complex cases, covering motor, employer's liability, public liability, and indemnity claims. The role also offers the chance to manage a caseload of lower-value claims under supervision, giving the correct candidate excellent exposure.
You will assist with drafting legal documents, analysing medical and liability evidence, reporting to clients, attending hearings and conferences with counsel, and maintaining strong client relationships.
The Candidate
Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE experience in Claimant personal injury litigation. Proven and demonstrable exposure to large loss and multi-track claims. Proven and demonstrable exposure to fast-track claims. Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative. Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
