Job Description
Vaccinations & Immunisations:
Administer routine and travel vaccines in line with national guidelines. Cervical Screening: Perform smear tests and support patients through the screening process. Wound Management: Assess, treat, and monitor acute and chronic wounds. Chronic Disease Management: Conduct reviews and support care plans for patients with long-term conditions.Special focus on Asthma and COPD, including medication reviews and lifestyle advice. Spirometry: Experience preferred but training will be offered if not already qualified. Health Promotion: Deliver lifestyle advice and support preventive health initiatives. Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records using SystmOne or similar systems.
Teamwork & Autonomy:
Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team while managing own clinics and caseloads.
