We're looking for a driven and personable

Sales Consultant

to join our expanding team. Specialising in bespoke luxury spa facilities (saunas and steam rooms), you'll play a key role in connecting clients with life-enhancing wellness solutions while enjoying the rewards of a supportive, dynamic work environment.

What you'll be doing:

Responding to and following up on incoming sales enquiries Proactively engaging with new leads and welcoming them to our showroom Hosting engaging, tailored showroom visits that showcase the KLAFS experience Preparing proposals, quotations, and sales documentation with accuracy and flair Supporting Sales Directors with major projects, pitches, and tender submissions Visiting client sites and occasionally travelling to our HQ in Germany Maintaining our CRM and ensuring sales processes run smoothly Providing ongoing support to the wider Sales, Design, and Project teams
What we're looking for:

A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) A proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail Someone equally comfortable working independently and as part of a team Numeracy skills and confidence working with quotations and proposals
