We are seeking an Experienced, Self motivated and dynamic Estate Agent Manager to join our growing team. A CAR is essential for this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale and sourcing of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth sales process for clients. You will play a crucial role in building relationships with clients and helping them navigate the property market from your experience, with your sign posting and crutial attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about available listings. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve favourable outcomes. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our administrative systems. Prepare marketing materials to promote properties effectively. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local developments to provide informed advice to clients. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless service experience for clients. Handle administrative tasks related to property listings, contracts, and documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 YEARS experience in Residential Estate agency. Experience in sales chasing and the full sales process. Ability to value property, experienced at listing and gaining new business. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. Experience in exceeding targets in a sales driven environment and the ability to work under pressure. Multilingual abilities are advantageous in catering to a diverse clientele. A proactive approach with a strong customer service orientation. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
