Sales Manager
to lead our
flagship Redhill branch
- a prime location with huge potential for growth.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and motivate a team of Sales Negotiators with clear KPIs
Win new instructions through valuations and business generation
Oversee the entire sales process from valuation to completion
Drive team performance to meet and exceed monthly targets
Deliver outstanding service to both vendors and buyers
Report directly to senior leadership and shape local strategy
Identify opportunities to grow market share across Redhill and the surrounding area
What We're Looking For:
Proven track record in residential property sales
Previous experience in a managerial or senior negotiator role
Strong listing, closing, and leadership skills
Energetic, self-motivated and target-driven
Great communication and coaching ability
Local knowledge of the Redhill area (preferred)
