We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee our busy Banner Cross office, located in the bustling and competitive area of Ecclesall Road. ELR are an award-winning and highly regarded estate agency business, encouraging exceptional performance and customer service, serving all of Sheffield.
As a Sales Manager at our Banner Cross office, you will need to:
Support the Area Sales Manager to increase our market share within the local area, providing accurate daily, weekly and monthly performance reports
Maximise and grow revenue via property sales, conveyancing, financial services and removal referrals
Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and online recommendations
Maximise branch income via leading a team of experienced Sales Negotiators, delivering exceptional customer service to our clients
Oversee performance of employees through regular reviews, morning meetings and implementing daily and weekly structures to maximise sales and referral business opportunities
Influence a result through effective team management, as well as taking an active role in managing the client database, conducting viewings and promotion of properties and the brand on social media
The ideal candidate will:
Have a minimum of 3 years previous Estate Agency experience
Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
Be able to work effectively managing a team
Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
Display high standards of service and presentation
Have good organisational and communication skills
Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
Be a vehicle owner with a full driving licence (insured for business use)
Be prepared to work a weekend rota consisting of one in three Saturdays per month
Have the legal right to work in the UK

Uncapped commission opportunities for sales and referral business - OTE of between 32,500 and 36,500 is expected but earnings are uncapped
