Guildmore Facades & Cladding is seeking an experienced and proactive Facades Project Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will oversee all stages of facade and cladding construction projects--from inception to completion--ensuring quality, safety, compliance, and client satisfaction throughout.
This is a key leadership role where you will drive the successful delivery of facade projects, particularly focusing on remediation and refurbishment works, while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety, quality control, and financial oversight.
Primary Responsibilities
Plan, design, execute, and monitor all phases of assigned projects from initiation through to completion.
Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment at all times.
Oversee day-to-day site activity, monitoring subcontractor performance, resource allocation, and workmanship quality.
Identify potential risks and implement solutions to prevent delays or cost overruns.
Manage project budgets, monitor build costs, and track financial performance.
Review technical drawings, site reports, and specifications.
Resolve on-site challenges and provide effective, timely solutions.
Foster strong relationships with clients and their representatives, ensuring excellent communication and service.
Schedule and manage the supply of plant, materials, and equipment on a weekly basis.
Maintain progress according to project timelines and ensure completion within scope and budget.
Manage project variations and client approvals.
Uphold company policies, procedures, and quality standards across all aspects of project delivery.
Engage in ongoing professional development and training as required.
Requirements and Skill Set
Demonstrable experience in facade and cladding construction, with a strong focus on remediation projects.
Proven track record in project management within a main contractor environment.
Strong technical understanding and ability to interpret detailed drawings and specifications.
Self-motivated and committed to continuous professional development.
Comprehensive knowledge of the construction lifecycle.
Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations and client relationships.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Proficient in using project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Able to adapt to a dynamic working environment and shifting priorities.
Must hold valid SMSTS or SSSTS, and CSCS certifications.
