You will make contributions that matter in the following ways:

Office & Facilities Coordination

Support the smooth running of daily office operations in Weybridge, including the staff restaurant


Escalate facilities-related issues to the Manager, HR Services as needed


Attend Health & Safety meetings and support follow-up actions, including ensuring adequate Fire Marshalls and Mental Health First Aiders

HR & Project Administration

Provide high-quality administrative support across HR initiatives and projects


Ensure timely and accurate data entry into systems such as Workday


Manage purchase orders for both HR and Facilities departments

Policy Advice & Process Expertise

Offer clear, accurate guidance to managers and employees on tier-one employment policies (e.g. maternity, compassionate leave)


Act as a Subject Matter Expert in key HR processes including starters, leavers, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, and Benefits


Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation, company policies, and relevant regulations

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Work closely with the wider HR team to escalate queries to specialist teams (e.g. Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits)


Challenge existing ways of working and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience

You're best suited to the role if you are:

Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams Experienced in office or administrative roles, with a focus on customer service and support Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Confident communicating with colleagues at all levels and building strong working relationships Curious and solutions-focused, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes
