The role




As a Facilities Assistant / Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for the Group at the Head Office (The Foundry).


You'll be expected to handle the flow of visitors through the business and ensure that all receptionist and administrative responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality, professionalism and in a timely manner.


Your key responsibilities will include monitoring and ensuring the building is kept safe and tidy reporting any issues to relevant contractors, take incoming calls and connect to correct department, liaise with Royal Mail for all incoming and outgoing post, provide support within the facilities management team and provide support to internal staff, site visitors and contractors.

The right fit



You must have excellent communication skills with a polite, professional and friendly manner. You have the ability to work as an efficient and effect team member or alone. Experience working with Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Ebis is desired. You're able to organise, multi-task and prioritise your own workload. You have a positive commitment to high standards of customer care and service delivery.
