Bouygues Energies and Services currently has an exciting opportunity within our Facilities department for a Facilities Manager to support our facilities and maintenance teams at King\'s College London in Waterloo. This is a permanent position working 40 hours p/week, Monday to Friday.

Key Activities:

  • Reporting to the General Manager
  • To ensure all contract end documentation is, where possible, in digital format and stored in the relevant depositories.
  • To manage the digital switchover and implementation on the contract.
  • To assist with the contractual performance, monitoring and reporting in accordance with agreed budgets, compliance with the performance monitoring systems and company requirements.
  • Be part of the lead team who are overseeing the supply and transfer of all relevant information required for contract end.
  • To be part of the team who monitors the delivery of projects, both those led by Bouygues and those led by others, ensuring there is no impact on contract end.
  • Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Management experience within total FM services
  • Will ideally hold a qualification in facilities management
  • Sound IT skills
  • A proactive, flexible, can-do approach
  • Good communication and relationship building skills to include first class customer service with people at all levels
  • Excellent knowledge of building maintenance
  • Able to communicate well with the client, as well as with peers, team and senior management.
