Now we're on the lookout for a

Part-Time Facilities Technician

-- someone who's not afraid to get stuck in, take ownership, and keep our site services and systems running smoother than a well-fed tabby.

The Role

This is a hands-on, sleeves-up role where you'll be the go-to for all things maintenance. You'll report into our Engineering Supervisor and play a crucial part in keeping our kitchen compliant, functional, and fabulous.

Your mission:

Maintain electrical and mechanical systems across site services and buildings Respond to breakdowns and get things back up and running fast Handle building fabric repairs and take on general landscaping duties Carry out compliance checks (fire alarms, emergency lights, the works) Keep the site ticking with proactive maintenance from the PPM schedule Spot improvement opportunities and help implement better, smarter fixes Always work to food safety and health & safety standards -- no shortcuts

Who You Are

At least 3 years' experience in facilities, services or a technician role Solid background in production, manufacturing or FMCG environments All-rounder: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting -- you've got it covered Comfortable logging jobs and raising orders on basic systems Energised by the pace of DTC food manufacturing Approachable, respectful, and a solid communicator Naturally, a cat lover (bonus points, but we're biased)

Your Schedule:

Part-time (2 days a week) -- exact shifts to be discussed.

Nice-to-Haves (Not Deal-Breakers)

18th Edition Electrical qualification Experience with steam boilers Knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety & Hygiene Familiar with CMMS systems
