Overview

We are looking for a skilled, motivated and ambitious Family law solicitor or legal executive with 5+ years PQE to head up and grow our Family team.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Report directly to and collaborate with the Partners Responsible for a caseload incorporating all aspects of privately funded divorce, financial remedy and private children law work Manage, supervise and guide other team members Assist with training and development within the team Assist with business development, growth and marketing

Requirements and qualifications

Private family law solicitor / legal executive with at least 5+ years PQE Extensive experience in delivering sound legal advice and representation to clients across all privately funded family law areas Experience in managing a complex and heavy caseload Advocacy experience Ability to lead a team and the hunger to grow the department Excellent communication skills and ability to convey clearly to clients
