We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Fast Food Attendants. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Duties

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation zones. Handle cash transactions and operate the till efficiently. Ensure that all food safety and hygiene regulations are adhered to at all times. Assist with restocking supplies as needed throughout your shift. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a fast-food or customer service environment is advantageous but not essential. Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A keen attention to detail, particularly regarding food presentation and hygiene standards. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the team.
