Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily operations

at WingVille, ensuring efficiency, high-quality food, and excellent service.

Lead and train staff

, ensuring a well-organised and motivated team.

Ensure full compliance

with food safety and hygiene regulations, including HACCP best practices.

Optimise the menu

, identifying popular items, improving food preparation, and introducing profitable options.

Drive sales and customer growth

through promotions, meal deals, and customer loyalty strategies.

Manage and maximise online ordering platforms

(Just Eat, Uber Eats, Deliveroo), including menu updates, promotions, and customer engagement.

Develop and implement local marketing strategies

- distributing

leaflets, running social media campaigns

, and engaging with the local community.

Monitor stock levels and control costs

, reducing waste and improving profit margins.

Handle customer feedback professionally

, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Analyse sales data and business performance

Requirements:

Proven experience managing a fast food takeaway

- not just working in one.

Certification in Food Safety & Hygiene (Level 3 or above), HACCP preferred.

Strong knowledge of

Experience with Just Eat, Uber Eats, and Deliveroo

- managing orders, promotions, and analytics.

Marketing experience
