Team Leader




We are looking for a Team Leader who has excellent organisational skills and a strong understanding of autism. The role is to assist us with setting up and managing a team of staff to support an individual who likes to be active and creative. This person is autistic and wheelchair user and requires support from staff that value honesty and respect.


Ideally this individual will have 2 years' experience at Team leader level, or relevant managerial or life experience. They need to be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills to assist with day-to-day management of appointments etc.


The team will need staff that work with someone, not over them, and to be part of a team that values clear communication, mutual respect, and practical care.

We're looking for a team who are:



Female Team Leaders who are car owners and willing to use car for work with milage paid. Willing and able to support all aspects of life including cooking, activities, and life skills. is more important than pushing for total independence and demonstrates a willingness to adapt depending on the need presented, as they vary day to day. Wants to support someone in living a fulfilling, self-directed life. Fully engaged in the role, not just present but proactive and attentive.
