Job description

Monday to Friday one week working an 8hr shift between 7am and 10pm. 1 week Alternate weekend with 2 days off in the week working an 8hr shift between 7am and 10pm. 1 week. You will work partially in the office and then partially in the community supporting your team. To positively support the Registered Manager in providing leadership to the administration, care, compliance, recruitment, and quality assurance functions of the service. To deputise for the function of the Registered Manager during their absence, while, at all times, supporting the decisions made by the Registered Manager. To maintain skills at a current level and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required to maintain that currency of practice. To manage the care planning of the customers in the organisation and lead the senior team accordingly to ensure compliance. To champion the company ethos and lead the senior and frontline care team accordingly. 1 in 4 week responsibility of holding the out of hours emergency phone.

Location

You will be based at our Bourne office, with the required need to support our team in the field in Stamford and surrounding villages as needed.

You must have at least 1 years experience in leading a team. health and social care experience. Pro active and quick thinking approach to meet variable customer and carer needs. Office 365 skills. Leadership skills. Organisational skills. A passion for care and to upskill continually in a growing organisation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.50-13.80 per hour
