Our Cross Hands Branch is looking for a passionate and energetic part-time Field Care Supervisor to join our amazing team.
As a Field Care Supervisor, you'll be the superhero who helps our clients maintain their independence and supports our fantastic Carers in delivering top-notch care. A Full UK/International Driving License & your own vehicle are required for this role
Hours: 25.5 per week
Days: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
Salary: 17,733.33
Main Responsibilities:
Health and Safety
: Attend training, report risks, and maintain fire safety awareness.
Confidentiality
: Uphold confidentiality for clients and colleagues.
Client Management
: Maintain accurate client records, monitor client status, and ensure effective communication.
Care Coordination
: Ensure continuity of care and manage new referrals.
Care Provision
: Handle complex care needs, update care plans, and conduct risk assessments.
Complaint Handling
: Manage complaints and incidents, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
Quality Assurance
: Set and maintain quality standards, conduct audits, and ensure compliance.
Staff Management
: Supervise carers, assist with disciplinary procedures, and support training and development.
Communication
: Maintain respectful and professional communication with all stakeholders.
Availability & Flexibility:
Participate in the out of hour's service on a rota basis
About you:
Educational Background:
QCF Level 3 or equivalent
Experience Matters:
2 years' experience working as a senior care worker (ideally in domiciliary/homecare)
Organizational Skills:
Strong organisational and time-management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities.
Communication Pro:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and colleagues.
Heart of Gold:

Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive team environment.
