Job Description

Overview

We're looking for a caring and motivated

Field Care Supervisor

to join our team. This is an exciting step-up role for an experienced Care Assistant or Senior Carer who wants to grow into management. You'll support our care team in the community, oversee quality of care, and ensure our clients receive the very best support at home.

What you'll do

Support and monitor carers in the community, including complex care packages Assist new starters with shadowing and training Carry out client assessments, reviews, and risk assessments Review and update care packages to remain person-centred Monitor and maintain medication supplies in clients' homes Work closely with our Quality & Compliance Manager to improve standards Cover unforeseen absences when required Handle the on-call phone (2 weeks per month) Work 2 weekends per month to support service delivery

What we're looking for

Experience as a Senior Carer, Team Leader, or similar role in domiciliary care Good knowledge of care standards and safeguarding Strong leadership and communication skills Driver with own vehicle (essential)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,420.00-30,000.00 per year
