We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Manager to oversee our B2B sales operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience with sales platforms to effectively manage client relationships and drive sales growth. Effective communication skills will be required in order to deal with a diverse clientele a develop business. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, self motivated and driven in achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
The role would be field based 3-4 days per week, with a preferred 1 day in the office to maintain integration in the team, to keep up to speed with ongoing events and overal administration. Our clientele are based right across the UK.
Implementing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives
Support the management team in their growth ambitions
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
Utilise technology for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and generating reports
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular in person and meetings and follow up with regular communication to reinforce the brand
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of customer needs
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Proficiency in CRM software
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Self discipline and commitment to providing excellent customer service
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
