Overview of the role
The primary purpose of the Field Sales Manager role is to grow the sales volume, value and margin of their Region ahead of the market, delivering/exceeding defined targets & KPI's. This will be achieved through developing strong and trusted relationships with independent pharmacy contractors and decision makers, growing spend across product categories. The role will represent our Bestway Healthcare brands: Lexon, Wardles, and Lexon specials. The role is Field based covering the Southwest of England and South Wales. Core activities include Account management, prospecting new business, relationship management, customer negotiations and account reviews.
