About:

The role will include:

Build and commissioning of machinery at our factory. Factory acceptance tests with our customers at our factory. Installation, site acceptance, and operator training at Worldwide customer sites. Technical support for customers via email, phone, and on-line connection to machines. Fault finding, repair and routine maintenance of our products worldwide. The ability to remotely connect and fault find machinery via a PC. Adhering and working to health and safety legislations. Adherence to company policies and procedures. Maintaining a clean, organized, and productive work area. Complete given tasks in an efficient, fast, and friendly manner. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

Applicable Apprenticeship and / or time served or relevant qualifications (C&G, BTEC or equivalent) Good inter-personal skills, teamwork, hands-on approach with effective verbal and written communication skills. Good understanding and the ability to read assembly drawings and circuit diagrams. Good knowledge and use of a PC and knowledge of Word, Excel and Project based software. Ability to work methodically and to high standards. Ability to be proactive and work with minimal supervision.

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
