We are growing our engineering division and are seeking a skilled
Field Service Engineer
to join our expanding team.
The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining
traditional barista machines, bean-to-cup systems, and vending equipment
. You'll provide technical expertise on-site, ensure customer satisfaction, and support the operations team with industry insight and innovation.
This role is primarily field-based, covering
South and Mid Wales
, with occasional travel further afield. You will report directly to the
Operations Director
and play an active role in shaping the future of our engineering division.
Key Responsibilities
Install, service, and maintain
traditional espresso machines, bean-to-cup systems, and vending machines
.
Diagnose and repair faults quickly and effectively to minimise downtime.
Carry out preventative maintenance and regular servicing schedules.
Advise management on
best practices, innovations, and equipment developments
in the coffee industry.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all client needs are met.
Maintain accurate records of work carried out, parts used, and service history.
Participate in a
weekday rota with some weekend on-call cover
.
Travel within
South & Mid Wales
, with occasional travel to other regions.
Support the growth of the engineering division by contributing ideas and process improvements.

Strong diagnostic and repair skills with mechanical and electrical systems.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team.
Flexible approach to on-call weekend work when required.
IT literate for service reporting and updates.
