About the role

Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments accurately and on time Reconcile bank statements and company accounts Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts Assist with maintaining purchase and sales ledgers Handle petty cash and expense claims Respond to internal and external queries regarding accounts Assist in preparing financial reports for audits Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

About the candidate

Ideally you will have experience in a similar role within Hilton Hotels, you will have strong numerical and analytical skills with a close attention to detail. In addition, to be successful in this role you will need:


Education: AAT Level 2/3 or equivalent (or studying towards) Experience: Previous experience in an accounting or finance role preferred Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Sage, Procure Wizard) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
