Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Finance Business Partnering Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver expert financial insight across the organisation. This role will suit someone who thrives on collaboration, has strong leadership skills, and is passionate about using financial data to drive decision-making and efficiency.
You will bring technical expertise in management accounting, budgeting, and financial modelling--combined with the ability to communicate clearly and influence senior stakeholders. We're looking for someone who can lead the delivery of accurate and timely management accounts, guide the business planning process, and support strategic initiatives with sound financial analysis.
You'll be leading a team of Finance Business Partners and Analysts, building strong relationships with operational teams across the Group to improve financial awareness and empower budget holders. You'll also take a key role in forecasting, performance reporting, and business continuity planning, while ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Essential skills and experience needed for the role:

• Management Accounts
• Budget management
• Financial Modeling Tools
• Investment appraisal techniques to evaluate new business opportunities
• Able to understand complex financial information
• 2 years post qualification experience
• 5 years managing people at a senior level
• Experience of developing and using finance software
• Experience of working in a commercial environment
• Experience of implementing and developing financial system

This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices with Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required
