Summary



We are seeking a Finance & Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Hawkinge. This role is vital in supporting our Finance & HR functions and ensuring a positive workplace environment. You will contribute significantly to our mission by managing Finance & HR processes and fostering effective communication within the organization.

Responsibilities



Manage HR and maintain accurate employee records. Support recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Process payroll administration. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Finance & budgeting

Proven experience in human resources, finance or administrative roles. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in data entry and record-keeping. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
