Working closely with our full-time finance coordinator and outsourced finance team, you will maintain accurate financial records, support robust financial processes, and provide insights that help drive the wider business forward. Key Roles & Accountabilities
Manage routine finance processes including invoices, receipts, payments, and credit card transactions.
Prepare ad hoc reports, reconciliations, and support business queries.
Generate sales invoices and process intercompany recharges.
Reconcile bank accounts regularly.
Maintain sales and purchase ledgers.
Assist with the preparation of VAT returns, management accounts, and budgets.
Requirements
Qualifications & Education
Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) required.
Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business management desirable
Experience
Proven bookkeeping and management accounts experience.
Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and VAT compliance.
Experience and proficiency using Xero or similar accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
Some experience or familiarity with statutory accounts, payroll processes, and UK financial or regulatory compliance is desirable.
Proven ability to manage, develop, and oversee a finance team.

Benefits & Details
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 FTE (pro rata for part-time)
Hours: 25 per week. Monday to Friday.
