You will support day-to-day financial operations, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Your work will help maintain the high standards of service our clients and providers expect, while also playing a vital role in compliance, reporting, and process improvement. What you'll be doing:

Processing Payments:

Ensure timely and precise payments to network providers based on contractual agreements and approved invoices.

Invoice Verification:

Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.

Reconciliation:

Regularly reconcile payments, invoices, and accounts to maintain data accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Compliance & Documentation:

Follow internal policies and financial regulations, maintaining proper records for audits.

Stakeholder Communication:

Act as a point of contact for provider inquiries, payments, and clarifications.

Support Financial Reporting:

Assist with preparing reports and analyzing financial data to support decision-making.

Identify Improvements:

Suggest and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Collaborate Across Teams:

Work effectively with finance, network, customer service, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.

What you'll bring:

Educational Background:

GCSE/high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or economics is a plus.

Experience:

Prior work experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles; familiarity with invoicing, reconciliation, or financial software.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, and experience with financial systems like SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.

Attention to Detail:

Strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.

Organizational & Analytical Skills:

Ability to prioritize tasks, analyze financial data, and resolve issues efficiently.

Communication Skills:

Clear, professional communication with colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders.

Personal Qualities:

Proactive, reliable, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
