About the Company
We're a growing company based in Hull that installs resin flooring for cruise ships and private yachts. Most of our work is in the marine industry, and projects often take place overseas.
We're looking for someone who can help with a mix of accounts work, admin, and project support. The job can vary day to day, so being organised and able to switch between tasks is important.
What You'll Be Doing
Sending and receiving invoices using Xero
Updating project details and costs in Xero
Keeping track of project schedules and timesheets
Handling general office admin (emails, filing, booking travel, etc.)
Occasionally helping with on-site project coordination overseas, if needed
What We're Looking For
Experience using Xero (or similar accounting software)
Good with admin and keeping things organised
Able to manage time well and juggle different tasks
Willing to travel abroad if required (not often, but sometimes essential)
Reliable, practical, and good at working independently
It's a Bonus If You:
Speak Spanish or Portuguese
Have experience working in construction, shipping, or projects
