Our Consumer Division deliver a fully digital car leasing experience, supporting customers from their initial enquiry through to new vehicle orders, servicing, and repairs. As a Finance Support Administrator, you'll be a part of our Finance Team who support our consumer division with finance-related activities. You'll support every step of the customer journey, handling essential finance activities, making sure direct debits run smoothly, billing is accurate, and any in-contract changes are processed quickly and compliantly.
You'll manage a variety of admin tasks, from setting up initial payments and dealing with refunds, to supporting credit control and end-of-contract processes. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where every day brings variety.
