The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering first class professional support to both the operational and financial management functions.

You will work as part of a high performing and well-established Finance team working with existing and new large-scale well-known customer brands across growth and innovation opportunities.

Based at our Head Office in Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?



Ensure timely, accurate, consistent financial consolidation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Monthly and annual reporting for management with board commentary if necessary. Improving financial controls and systems, ensuring tight balance sheet controls in place UK GAAP and IFRS reporting Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns promptly. Balance sheet and cash flow forecasting Daily cash flow management Asset register management Monthly reconciliations for fleet Control of Intercompany balances and reporting Coordinate the smooth running of external audit process ensuring all reporting deadlines are met with minimal issues Management and support of the payroll function Provide ad-hoc information as required

Be a self-disciplined self-starter with the ability to work autonomously. You will have excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise and react to change quickly and positively, you will also ideally have:

High level of integrity and ethical behaviour.

Strong technical experience
