Financial Assistant

to support our finance team with day-to-day financial operations.

The Role

As a

Financial Assistant

, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial processes, supporting the business with accurate reporting, and maintaining strong financial controls. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in finance within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing invoices, payments, and expenses. Reconciling accounts and assisting with month-end processes. Managing supplier payments and customer credit control. Assisting with VAT returns and financial reporting. Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with regulations. Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve finance-related queries.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a finance or accounts role (preferred but not essential). Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, or Business Central) and Microsoft Excel. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 20,000.00-25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 22.5 per week

Work Location: In person
