Part-Time Financial Controller (25 hours per week)

We're growing and looking for a Financial Controller to join our office-based leadership team in Glasgow. This is a 25-hour per week role where you'll work closely with our Directors and Office Manager to make sure our finances run smoothly and support the next stage of our growth journey.

What you'll be doing

Work directly with the Directors to provide financial insight and support big decisions

Partner with the Office Manager on payroll, invoicing, and day-to-day finance

Prepare management accounts, cashflow forecasts, and monthly reporting

Strengthen financial processes, controls, and compliance across the group

Build strong relationships with auditors, banks, and HMRC

What we're looking for

Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ICAS) or equivalent - part-qualified considered

Experience in an SME or healthcare/retail setting

Strong technical finance, reporting, and cashflow skills

Great communicator, confident working directly with Directors

Detail-oriented and proactive in improving processes

Proficient with Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar software
