The Role
Fire Door Contracts Manager
Dealing at all levels within our team and working closely with an extensive national client base range from construction to local and industry authorities you will maintain the highest standards while growing the business in all areas of this busy division.
The purpose of the role will be to successfully manage on going live projects and work as part of a team to control the businesses on going work commitments.
Key Responsibilities;
Assist with commercial administration and management of many live projects
Attend meetings with your Director to offer commercial guidance where necessary
Review interim applications and variation accounts in line with our Client base requirements
Prepare internal cost value reconciliations using data compiled by our administration teams
Manage our direct labour force and ensure all clocking in records and variations are captured, collated and processed as required
Assistance with contractual matters
Measurement of progress on live projects, submitting valuations and monitoring receipt of timely payment notifications
Assist with estimates and pricing tenders in order to win new work for the business
Manage costs on projects and ensure timely notifications are served to our Client base for variation orders & dayworks.
Ensure the business is not compromised nor disadvantaged by commercial or financial arrangements
What we are looking for;
Experience in working with Main Contractors & Subcontractors would be advantageous
Direct experience in the fire door industry
Good Levels of numeracy and a proactive approach to their work load
Excellent verbal communication skills
Good I.T Skills

Pay: 45,000.00-55,000.00 per year
