What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and managing fire door technicians alongside the Fire Door Manger - involved in technician recruitment, job allocation, and site supervision

Planning and overseeing fire door projects with a strong focus on quality control

Providing hands-on support and training to technicians to maintain industry-leading standards

Ensuring all work meets health and safety regulations and best practices

. Reporting to the Fire Door Manger with Daily and weekly update and progress

. Liaising with the client

What We're Looking For:

o Proven experience in the fire door industry

o Relevant joinery and supervisor qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or higher)

o Ability to read construction drawings and work with digital devices (iPads, iPhones, etc.)

o Valid

CSCS Card, SSSTS or SMSTS

(CITB Health & Safety qualification), and

first aid at work

o Enhanced

DBS certificate & clean driving license

o Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
