Fire Stopping Supervisor

to lead our site teams and deliver high-quality passive fire protection projects across the UK.

What You'll Do

Lead and motivate fire-stopping teams on-site, ensuring every installation meets AFT's high standards. Oversee installations of sealants, wraps, boards, collars, and other passive fire protection systems. Carry out inspections and audits to maintain FIRAS/BM TRADA compliance. Capture detailed site records and photographic evidence using digital reporting tools. Work closely with Contracts Managers and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to spec. Promote best practice, safety awareness, and professional development among your team.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience supervising fire-stopping or passive fire protection projects. Strong technical knowledge of fire-stopping systems and materials. Confident using hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. A proactive, safety-first mindset and pride in delivering quality work. NVQ Level 2 (or higher) in Fire Stopping / Passive Fire Protection (desirable). Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.
