Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team of installers. The ideal candidate will work as part of a team of installers and be responsible for assisting in various tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with others on-site.

Salary based on Experience.

Responsibilities

Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction activities, including but not limited to the installation of fireplaces, woodburning stoves and gas fires. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively under supervision. Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment at all times. Help with the organisation of the work vehicles. Perform general maintenance of tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the site supervisor promptly.

Experience

Previous experience in construction or a related field is advantageous but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is preferred. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team. Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks. A desire to learn and forge a career in the industry. A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices on-site is essential. Full UK Driving Licence is essential, no job without it.
