Installing fires, fireplaces and stoves in accordance to building regs in to domestic properties.

Job Role: Fireplace Installer

Location: Swansea, South Wales and Surrounding Area's

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm + Paid overtime.

Duties:

Installing fireplaces across South Wales Knocking out fire places, cutting and installing hearths, finishing off chambers to include fire boarding, tiling and slate slips, brick slips etc and patch plastering around the opening to finish off. Repair work on chimney stacks. Installing flashing kits on slate and tiled roofs. Installing oak beams and mantels / stone surrounds. Taking photos of the site before and after the installation. New i-Phone will be provided Must have multi skilled experience and a portfolio of works to provide on interview.
Requirements:

Must be practical and able to work well with your hands and have great attention to detail. No cutting corners as we pride ourselves on carrying out a high standard of finish to all our customers. Must have full UK driving license and own basic power tools, although tools can we provided. Physical fitness and endurance Ability to work at height ie ladders, scaffolding, mobile platforms is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
