Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and reliable individual to join our team here in Newhaven. We are a family run business that has been operating in Edinburgh for 66 years supplying its residents and restaurants with the very best of Scottish seafood.
Your roll will include:
Filleting various types of fish
Skinning/Trimming
Keeping your work area clean & tidy

We are looking to hire someone on a full time basis. For the right candidate, rate of pay and shifts are negotiable and this would be discussed at interview.
