Fish Filleter
Job Description
Coastal Cuisine Ltd is one of the region's largest producers of fresh, frozen and prepared fish products and currently looking for additional staff to work various shifts in their modern South Lowestoft facility.
Ideal candidates will have some knowledge of working in a regulated food production environment and a knowledge of fish or seafood products would be a distinct advantage.
Early morning shifts are available for both experienced filleters and processing staff. Training and product familiarisation will be provided where necessary together with food safety and handling to acceptable levels. Permanent positions are available for the right candidates.
In addition to excellent working conditions and a competitive salary, you will be working alongside experienced staff who have many years of skill in the fish processing industry. Salary and conditions commensurate with experience and attitude. Previous knowledge of fish filleting would be advantageous but not essential.
