is one of the UK's leading training providers for Health & Fitness qualifications. We are now seeking an experienced and dedicated full-time Tutor and Assessor to join our Tutor Support Team, specialising in Pilates, Reformer, Gym, Personal Training and Sports Massage Therapy.

This is a pivotal role in raising standards, promoting best practices, and improving the quality of learning outcomes for our students.

The Role

As a full-time Tutor and Assessor, you will deliver and assess across multiple vocational pathways -- supporting learners through online, classroom, practical, gym floor, treatment room and studio-based training. You'll play a key role in shaping the next generation of fitness professionals, ensuring they receive an engaging, high-quality learning experience.

This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work required). Weekend availability is essential due to the scheduling of some practical training and assessment days.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, high-quality training and assessment across multiple disciplines. Support learners through all stages of their qualification journey. Ensure quality standards are met and maintained across all programmes. Provide ongoing guidance, feedback, and support to students and colleagues. Complete assessments and documentation in line with company and awarding body requirements. Promote continuous improvement and uphold company standards, policies, and procedures.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience

Level 2 Gym Instructor Level 3 Personal Trainer Level 3 Sports Massage Assessor Qualification (or equivalent) Award in Education & Training (AET) or equivalent Level 4 Sports Massage Level 3 Mat Pilates Level 3 Reformer Pilates Proven experience delivering in at least one of these core vocational areas
(Gym / PT / Massage / Pilates)

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
