A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
Pro-actively manage a fleet of vehicles that will be allocated to employees who require the use of a vehicle when their vehicle is undergoing maintenance or repairs
Tracking the progress of vehicles being delivered to the UK
Communicating the 3rd party suppliers to ensure vehicles are collected from the Peterborough site
Order and Register vehicles for brand
Management of P/O ensuring appropriate cover and approval as well as payment of subsequent invoices
Work with GBA to push cars through PDI to avoid any delays or shortfalls in brand targets

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
Fleet management or experience would be desirable, but not essential, as training will be provided
Strong Customer Service experience is essential
Strong Administration skills
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Excellent attention to detail
Able to communicate with 3rd party suppliers and services
Strong excel skills
Able to prioritise workloads
